The resource center also provides social support, respite care, and referral services to other agencies. The CCRC is staffed by volunteers and funded by grants and donations. Cranbrook Men's Shed
The Cranbrook Men's Shed is a place for men of all ages to get together, socialize and pursue hobbies or interests. The shed provides a workshop and tools for woodworking, metalworking, and other handyman projects. Members can also participate in group activities, outings, and events. The shed also offers access to health and wellbeing resources, including counseling and information sessions. Membership is open to any man over the age of 18. Cranbrook Historical Society
The Cranbrook Historical Society is dedicated to preserving and promoting the history and heritage of the town and its surrounding areas. The society runs the Cranbrook Museum, which features displays on early settlement, farming and pastoralism, and Indigenous culture. The museum also hosts regular events and talks on local history. Cranbrook Senior Citizens Association
